Hurts to 💩

Baby is 12 days old on June 22, i had a planned csection and everything is amazing but the last few days I’ve had pretty solid bowl movements and it hurts, kind of like pelvic pain, enough to make me go ow ow ow till it passes.

Has anyone experienced this before? Just hard BMs moving though a sensitive area or should I go to the doctors earlier? I drink A LOT, going to get some prune juice to help with the hardness and I have pills the doctor prescribed after birth.
