How often do you get time off as a mum?

Hi ladies, i have an 11 month old daughter and i only get half a day off per month when she goes to nanas house about 10 minutes away from mine. I was wondering how often you all leave bubs/kids with others to get some time for yourself. I feel like a couple hours a month is really not enough for my sanity or for me to recharge although i am so grateful to have even that little alone time to myself. I loveeeee my daughter but i am so exhausted and sleep deprived most days.
