I have pcos and I was diagnosed in may of this year what started on a metformin and synthroid for hypothyroidism. I also have been taking prenatal vitamins since may as well. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since april 2011. I started vitex the beginning of this cycle. I know my chart is not complete yet but can somebody tell me if I ovulated based on my current temperatures? On cycle day 14 I believe I detected an LH surge on an OPK test. Any advice is great.. any pcos'ers out there sharing my same struggle?
