Day naps
I am wondering if i should be putting my 4 week old bubs down for her day naps in a dark room/no stimulation OR try to nap her out in the lounge room with noise and light surrounding. I have had such mixed responses. She responds well to going to sleel in a dark room but i think she is confusing her days and nights!! Help TIA xx
