Stop lactation
Im not breastfeeding anymore because I wasn’t making enough and I don’t like it. I’m trying to dry up but I’m having a hard time finding what I can do to help. Does anybody have any tips?? I’m also pregnant so if you have/know of pregnancy safe tips that would be awesome! Thanks!
