Help after C Section

I might have to have a C section but I have no one to help me at all at home. The dad is not in the picture and my mother takes care of my grandmother who cant leave the house because of her oxygen. All my friends live far or work a lot so I can expect them to help as much so I dont know what I am going to do😢 I don't know if you can hire like a nurse or something for the first week or if my insurance would even cover that.
