Work wtf

I called into my work today because my mom is my babysitter and she was sick and couldn't watch my bb. And of course last minute I couldn't find anyone so I called in. I have 60 hours of sick time and 88 hours of vacation so it's not a problem. My boss said someone already called in, we still have plenty of people to work. He told me I HAD to come in for lunches and said to just bring my baby and he would sit with him. I went in and he went on a 2 hour lunch break instead of watching my baby so I had to help people and hold a crying baby at the same time and its so fucked up.
