I feel like the name/office/date are fake. Used someone else's ultrasound? The font is different and much more clear than the other info

It’s fake. The lettering in the ultrasound of her name threw me off so I google reversed the image and the first thing that came up was this. You can tell she edited her name and the hospital. It doesn’t match the rest

Scan is real (downloaded from Google prob) but it's not authentic. The font of name, date and obgyn name is different than rest.

It doesn’t look fake but dates are weird. Says the ultrasound was may 19th and patient is 12weeks 2 days but your saying they’re 13 weeks right now but it’s June 23rd so they wouldn’t be 13 weeks they would be like 17 weeks right now

It looks faked. The lettering on the name, date, and hospital are not the same as the rest and do not match any of the fonts that an actual ultrasound machine uses. I mean I think it's a real ultrasound, just not hers.
