Hopped on the jump rope trend 😅

I bought a jump rope for fun to kind of lean my cardio in there I suppose .

Is there a certain way to get it the right length for yourself? I’ve cut off so much extra and it’s still super long for me.

Also, the back of my knee is killing me, could that just from the jumping? I haven’t done much since I can’t get the cable the right length . I’m only 22 so I shouldn’t have knee problems 😂
