Everything that we eat. By 1 I don’t think there should be any restrictions on what they “can’t” eat. Tons of fruits and vegetables, whole grain pasta, rice, chicken, ground beef, yogurt, waffles, really everything that we eat we offer him

Whatever we eat, she eats (just hates the texture of meat) but I feed her like the mashed up stuff and oats and things, because she will just play with it and make a mess 😂 as kids do 🙃

Whole pitta with garlic and herb philly or houmous cut in strips, veg sticks (cooked soft), boiled egg, beans on toast, cheese on toast  whole pasta with veg amd philly or tomatoe sauce, meatballs(homemade) burger (HM), fish fingers (HM), roast, mac and cheese (HM), banana/blueberry pancakes, fruit - lots, wheetabix and yog, pizza (HM)
