PCOS and cyst ?

I ultrasounded today and they see a cyst ( 4 centimeters) i’m 4 days late with a negativ test, i’m so confused really don’t know what it is ! Actually have irregular cycle but can i still be pregnant this cycle after this diagnosis?

Yes, you can still get pregnant. Many cysts are benign and will go away on their own. Your doctor will let you know if yours will require treatment or if there’s no need.
Look into Myo-Inositol (not D-chiro unless you’re insulin resistant). Clinical studies have shown Myo-Inositol in daily doses of 4000mg is more effective for promoting regular ovulation and ovarian health in women with PCOS than metformin and with fewer side effects. I also recommend that you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. 
I have PCOS and I took Conception prenatals by EU and a Myo-Inositol supplement by Fairhaven. It regulated my cycles and I got pregnant naturally within a little more than a year of that and reading that book I mentioned. I’ll be 25 weeks on Sunday with a perfectly healthy baby boy.
