Hello, i’m not looking for any judgement at all just some tips!
I have smoked for over 10 years and i recently found out i am pregnant, im 4 weeks 4 days as of right now and i just want some tips on how to quit smoking!
I tried cold turkey, twice. And it puts my body through withdrawls and i get like shakes and stuff and i end up smoking again. I know smoking is bad for myself and the baby obviously but i dont like putting myself this early through that withdrawl phase because im scared its gonna like shock my baby idk.
Anybody have any tips on what i can do to quit? is there anything i can take while pregnant? Or is there a certain food i can eat to subside the craving? Anything helps.
