Self care is the best advice I can give. It is so easy to work 24/7 and eat, sleep and breathe your business because it’s like your baby, you raise it up and care more about it than anyone else in the world will. But the truth is it is not a living being and you can walk away here and there for a day, or half day to have some you time. You’re going to have setbacks, dont let it discourage you. And remind everyone who supported you during this time how much you appreciate them
