Can toddlers sense when you’re pregnant?

I’m not sure if I’m pregnant or not and the tests have faint lines… though might be indents. Last night my 18 month old refused to sleep unless it was on me. He has been super super clingy. He’s usually clingy and affectionate but he’s like spider baby on me right now.

I think they can. Its said your youngest will act out when you are early into a pregnancy. My, then5 year old started getting an attitude before I learned kf her brother. Now, my 2.5 year old refuses to listen but is so clingy and keeps telling me babies in mommy's belly. He jas not been told, nor do my husband and I speak of trying or babies in front of the kids
