Ear piercing on 3 month old daughter

Hi everyone, I need advice that I recently got my daughters ear pierced there was a lot of difference in both ear piercings so we took off one right away but the other one we think it’s done right, so just want to double check if it’s done right I mean is it too high or right bcz the other one was very low and also her ears were pierced by her pediatrician. If not we’ll take out this one also so both ears can be done again bcz it’s for lifetime thing I don’t want to regret later and also if everyone can share pics of their kids with ears pierced just for reference so that may be it can help us .
