Baby Acne?

Is this baby acne or something else? My fiancé and I noticed it a couple days ago but last night it seemed like it flared up. What are some remedies for this?

Yup it goes away though, can wipe their face gently with a wash cloth

yep baby acne, you can’t really do much besides keeping their face clean with water and a washcloth. some moms say putting breast milk on it helps but it hasn’t worked for my son

My MIL gave me some calamine lotion and we put that on her (doctor recommended) so hopefully that helps
