I asked my brother about blue balls

So I was trying to figure out if blue balls were a thing or not. I hear girls saying it's not but we don't actually have them so wouldn't it make sense to ask someone who actually has balls if it's real. But I also didn't want to get taken advantage of and I knew my brother would be upfront with me so I asked him. He was doing homework and I asked him what are blue balls and if theyre a think. He said "I mean. Does it hurt when you're turned on and can't release? Sometimes. Is it agonizing pain? No." I asked him does a guy have to have sex to get rid of it or can he jack off. My brother told me they can jack off but he just chooses to take Tylenol or Ibprophen. I showed him these texts between me and a guy and he kept telling me he had blue balls.
