Anybody know a lot about progesterone?

I have pcos and estrogen dominance, I usually have multiple peaks and don't ovulate, or ovulate but then start bleeding. My estrogen looks like a roller coaster, I got my progesterone test back and I did ovulate the sheet attached said mid luteal should 8.76-21.60, but the Dr said she's ok with it as long as it's above 3. It said luteal phase should be 2.25-24.20. anybody have experience with this I have had multiple pregnancies in the past and ended in miscarriage I'm worried my progesterone isn't enough. I do have pcos and endometriosis. The last two months I've been on letrozole to make me ovulate earlier in my cycle. The doctor I'm working with is not my regular OB, my ob is gone for a few months. Anyone's opinion is greatly appreciated.
