Any over the counter pills or efd to boost fertility/pregmancy chances?!

Me and my boyfriend have been TTC for 8 months now, and I habe tried the geritol bottle vitamins, and using ovulation strips to test ovulation....is there any natural pills, teas, etc or anything else people know that helps get you more fertile and pregnant?! Please let me know!

If you aren't trying to have babies I have a hard time believing you actually know you were ovulating. This question sounds more like to me that you had sex and he came in you and after the fact you were like I wonder if I was ovulating.
