Symptoms of ovulation??

I had my peak LH test yesterday afternoon and yesterday I was full of energy, but today I am completely drained, my boobs are really sore, and I have been cramping a little bit.

Are those signs of ovulation??

Also we BD yesterday, should we again tonight??
