Hey mommas I’ve been breastfeeding my baby for a few days short of 7 months now. My pediatrician recommended breastfeeding for 1 year and a half. I was up for however long I needed for my babies health. My baby is eating solids twice a day so about a jar of baby food a day plus breastfeeding on demand. My baby has recently not wanted to breastfeed as much. I wanted to go for a year and a half like recommended but she really doesn’t breastfeed that much now. I don’t see her wanting to go for that long. Should I just stop when she wants or do I keep going ? I used to be able to calm my baby during the day and night by breastfeeding her but that doesn’t work anymore only at night. I really don’t know what to do.
