C-section & stretching

So I've had a c-section about 11 months ago.

I've downloaded a great new app for workouts and been trying to work out whenever I have a free moment.

So now I'm feeling a lot of pressure on my c-section scar when I'm doing certain stretches..

(especially this lower back stretch where you put your leg up and over your other leg, but your arm and face turn the other side)

Does that mean I shouldn't do this stretch, or does it mean I actually should do this stretch to stay flexible?? 🤔
