Comments/posts glitching??

OMG is anybody else having this issue?? I made a comment on a post about something quite strange and then shortly after, I saw on my profile that it somehow posted on a COMPLETELY different post some how (one that I hadn’t even read) and felt like a twat because it sounded mean on the post that it ended up on😭😭 how the heck did this happen? I can’t even find the post that I thought I commented on now?? not sure if I explained this well enough to make sense but has this ever happened to anybody??
