Normal discharge ??

I just took a shower, woke up from a nap and was kinda itchy down there. n then saw a buildup of this?? i’ve only ever had anything like this one time before about a month ago, it was super itchy, saw a littleee buildup of white kind toilet paper looking discharge ig. i always wash thoroughly down there so i’m honestly confused i’ve never had itching or anything like this. i also just had my 2nd ever UTI 2 weeks ago but my doctor called me a few days later and said to stop taking my antibiotics because there was no bacteria in my pee just white blood cells. i’m so confused is this a yeast infection ?? i’ve never had one before idk what to do.

also i forgot to add but there is no smell
