Potential trigger *blood*

I am 10wks&1!

Thursday I started getting cramping and light pink bleeding, with teeny tiny clots. I had paramedics out and we spoke to a doctor on the phone who said although bleeding isn't normal in pregnancy, it is common and mind is very mild. I'm still worried as I've had 5 miscarriages. The bleeding is only when I wipe and really isn't heavy. I do have a scan for reassurance on Monday but I'm wanting advice now 😓.. has anyone experienced this and been okay?!

Does this look normal or something I should be worried about?
