Hey! So I have exclusively pumped and bottle fed my daughter breastmilk for her first year. Once we got the go ahead to transition to whole milk-I began weaning. This week I went from 4 pumps a day to 3..and my left breast is not happy about it. I have lumps where ducts are and I’m afraid of getting a clogged duct or mastitis (which I got when I began this journey). I don’t know if I should go back to pumping 4X or stick it out with 3. (I have massaged this breast in the shower and after pumping) but I’m not sure what to do!
