Did you each cheese during your pregnancy?

I’ve read a few things on cheese during pregnancy and I’ve honestly never heard of a pregnant woman not eating cheese or grapes? Just wondering how many women ate cheese and what kinds/ what were the meals?

I don't know where all this information starts from. The Internet makes it seem like pregnant women can't eat ANYTHING. Cheese is fine as long as it is pasteurized and/or not a soft cheese, like brie or blue cheese. Grapes are fine. I eat grapes and cheddar all the time.

It’s a concern with unpasteurized cheese like real Brie. Normal cheese is absolutely fine!

All cheese in bought in a store will be pasteurized. I have eaten all cheese goats, Bree, blue cheese. You have to look reallly hard to find a unpasteurized cheese

Cheese is fine. The issue is that it has a high chance of growing bacteria if left out. So ensure its fresh from the fridge.
