13DPO BFN. Any Hope?

I’m 13DPO and got a BFN. I had what I thought was an implantation dip in my BBT 3 days ago at 10DPO so I really thought that I’d have at least a test with a faint line but my test was completely negative. Anyone have this happen before but still end up being pregnant?
