Stay at home mom/stash/donate
I have around 320 oz of breastmilk in my freezer and was wondering how much I could donate to the hospital and how much I should keep?
I'm a stay at home mom to a 2 month old and he rarely takes a bottle. I have to pump because I have overproduction issues and he has latching issues. I have seen a lactation consultant to try and rectify the issue and unfortunately my overproduction is a problem for everyone. Was hoping to turn it into a blessing for someone else.
My last pregnancy I had a massive freezer full of milk and was able to stop early and have a surgery. I am not worried worried about running out later of milk but wouldn't want to shoot myself in the foot either. I also give breastmilk to my toddler too since I have enough.
So question how much should I keep and how much should I donate?
