Butt cheek cramps?

Anyone else getting butt cheek cramps?  Lately ive been getting them a lot sometimes dull sometimes super sharp!

Yes I get them from sitting on uncomfortable chairs. Try an exercise ball!

I get them mostly when walking my dogs at the park. For me I think it is the uneven ground and the amount of time spent walking over it. I think my husband is sick of me telling him “my butt’s sore” every time we go for a walk 😅

I have what I thought was sciatic pain on my right side. Been going to pelvic floor physio for it, and so far it's just muscular, not actually nerve pain or damage. lots of stretching, massage every 2 weeks, and being mindful to have better posture to put less pressure on the entire pelvic floor.

Like, glute soreness/cramping? Yes. Also lower back and inner thigh pain
