HELP IRON PILLS!!
I’m 32 weeks pregnant and right before I took my iron pills I took a bite of yogurt. I completely forgot I wasn’t supposed to eat dairy with iron pills and I’m so nervous. I didn’t eat much of it, literally just a bite am I gonna be ok?
