I have struggled with weight as long as I remember. I’ve lost and gained and lost and gained. My biggest loss was -60 pounds on Weight Watchers. Loved the program but I can’t seem to get back at it.

For those of you that NEED a program to stick with to be successful, (not this eating intuitively crap for food addicts like me) what is your favorite plan, or best method for successful weight loss?

For reference, I am 5’4 and 220.
