GBS Swab

My midwife swabbed me today and she only went in about a quarter inch but it HURT - like bad. When I got home and urinated it hurt again - up to now I have had no symptoms of anything and she did a quick exam to make sure nothing was wrong (no rash and her gloved finger didn’t hurt).

Am I just sensitive to the cotton? It felt like I was getting stabbed. My hubs and I have been intimate with no issues.

If a cotton swab hurts that bad now I am questioning pushing my baby’s head out naturally 🤣
