Cramping in stomach and back

So I’m so frustrated and confused. I’m almost 36 weeks. I have had cramping pains in back snd stomach lasting five minutes. Theres no pattern to them. I went to hospital and they said my cervix is soft but closed. The cramping is painful so i know its

Not braxton hicks but its too long of pain for real labour. What is happening? Going insane
