When to take the pill

So I started birth control last month and I skipped the sugar pills so I wouldn't get my period during a family vacation. I want to start it again, would I have to wait for after this months cycle or could I just start it now?

I don't know what you mean. When you skip sugar pills you're meant to start taking the next hormonal pills right away. Not stop, if you stop you lose your protection and have to start over again.

I don't get why so many girls take the pill and don't know how to use it. The sugar pill week is when you're supposed to get your period, you can just stop your period like that. You take one pill a day if you're on the 28 pack and it doesn't matter if you skip the sugar pills but you have to start the hormone pills after seven day(7 sugar pills). I hope you're not sexually active doing this without a condom or what not.
