Hey ladies

My period has been really strange. I delivered end of March and my first period was spotty then 3-4 days of actually filling up the pad. However my “period” this month is spotty. I had a few spotting days then nothing for a few days then brown discharge that turned into discharge with red streaks for the day and now nothing. When I say spotting I mean nothing on the pad but I see it when I wipe and only when I wipe. Anyone else go through this?
