Adult bed frame recommendations???

So I have just a basic metal bed frame to hold a mattress. It’s a higher up one that has wooden slates. Anyways. It creeks a lot. Like you turn it creeks and well you have sex and I feel like my entire apartment building can hear. And it’s not even like we are wild and crazy doing jumping Jacks on the damn thing.

Ive tried tighten the bolts but nothing helps

A few years ago I bought a wooden canopy bed frame off Amazon and it was beautifull. Well my then boyfriend plopped in it so much that eventually it was so wobbly I just threw it out.

Fearful of buying a mew bed frame and being disappointed. Is there any GOOD bed frames out there that don’t brake the bank that are solid? Metal or. Wood doesn’t matter. I just want soemthing I can have sex in and turn in and not feel self conscious. We aren’t very big either. He’s 180 LB and I’m currently pregnant at 190 LB,
