Clots now? TW-Discharge!!

I’ve had a very very small amount of bleeding for the last few weeks. Usually it’s brown but sometimes it’ll be a bright red or pink. Truly nothing close to filling up a pad. It’s always just when I wipe and mixed with discharge. I’m almost 22 weeks and this whole pregnancy has been very crampy in general so my OB hasn’t been concerned. Usually when I wipe, I get picture #1 or #2. But today, I had so much brown discharge that my toilet paper was completely saturated with discharge and brown blood. I looked in the toilet and had these clots in pic #3. Is it worth an OB call? Should I possibly get a second opinion? This is my second pregnancy and I had nothing like this with my first, but my baby is also almost 11 months old so it’s a back to back pregnancy.
