Acne help!!

hey everyone! <3 I just wanna say if someone can please tell me why I keep getting pimples on the same area? even tho I’ve popped them multiple times and do have the scars they just come back in the same spot!

I use this sometimes,  however acne comes from what we put on our skin or put in our body, sometimes it’s the make up you’re using or the brushes that you apply it with, the detergents, she needed to change her sheets and pillowcases, lotions creams, foundation, with all the extra sweating with the summertime, it’s probably added to it, and check what you’re eating, sometimes cutting out gluten or soy or dark colored sodas which have caramel coloring which causes acne, sometimes it’s a side effect of a medication or an antibiotic or a supplement, sometimes those hair skin and nail products can break you out because it has biotin I’m on it breaks out your skin, sometimes it’s hormonal or stress, take up yoga and release your stress levels. But usually cutting out gluten, dairy, soy, can pretty much control most skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis etc., it reduces the inflammation, check what your diet is maybe you need an anti-inflammatory diet google that, but normally it’s your lifestyle what you consuming what you put on your skin. Worst case there’s a dermatologist, chemical peels, some kind of plan of action￼
