I'm not complaining I'm just curious....

I'm currently 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. I know each pregnancy is different but SERIOUSLY I don't feel pregnant at all!!! I haven't had any symptoms other than cramping during the 3rd and 4th week. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Is it too early?? Am I off the hook? Lol! I had my first prenatal visit last week. I was hoping to get an ultrasound but I just had blood work done.. 🙄 I will get an ultrasound in 2 weeks. Like I said, I'm not complaining I'm just dying for some sort of prove (other than pink dye) that my baby is growing the way she/he is supposed to. Any thoughts???
