No time to pump

I'm struggling to find time in the day to pump. How do you do it? Including making sure all pump parts are cleaned for the next session?

I am alone since my husband is working, I have an 8yo also to tend to. My baby is just shy of 6 weeks and he always wants to be on the breast. I supplement with formula at night before bed but he is up every hour. Even when he naps. So I barely have time to go the bathroom or feed myself and my 8yo.

Baby is definitely gaining weight, he was 12.2lbs 4 weeks after being born, that was a 3lbs gain.

I don't even get to nap with him some days. I'm considering just starting to supplement with formula until he weens himself off the breast. But this was the last thing I wanted. I feel defeated. I'll be going back to work in 7 weeks.
