Scared for my EKG

I’m 21 and I’ve had a fast heart rate whenever standing up or just walking to another room or even downstairs ever since I got covid in April. I’m not sure what my heart rate used to be like, but since I’ve started keeping track of it, resting has been 70-80 and walking or standing makes it shoot to 120-130. I just got home from college and I showed my parents, so they made a doctors appointment. I’m really scared for the doctor on Friday because I’ve never had an EKG and every time I think about it I get scared and nauseous. I don’t want them to find anything wrong😭 whenever I tell my parents I’m nervous they just ignore me, but I’m really anxious for this. This is my heart health, I could literally find out life changing news if there’s a bad reason behind why my heart rate has been so fast. I want to cry so bad and I’m worried when I get to the doctor on Friday I’ll be so anxious my heart rate will be even faster. Has anyone else had an EKG for a fast heart rate? Was anything wrong? I just really want to calm my anxiety before going and stop being so scared they’ll find something wrong with me😭 I know I need to go so if something is wrong they can fix it, but the possibility of something being wrong makes me want to throw up. I’m only 21 I don’t want to have some sort of disease or something that’ll kill me this young. Please help give me some peace of mind if you have went through this before.
