Back pain anyone?

Do any of your backs hurt so badly? Mine hurt before I was even pregnant, but now it hurts much more constantly and from my mid back to my tailbone. I feel like my hips are beginning to hurt too. I am so frustrated.

Sameee. I feel like it gets superrrrr tight too and I can feel it when I’m bending over. It’s just all bad. I actually had an MRI done because I’m just like whaaaats happening to me 😭 and they said my back was perfectly normal, which is awesome, but like why does it hurt all the time 😥

YES YES!  It’s 24/7 for me.  I had to start physical therapy for it (situational on top of chronic issue) - even then, I know it probably won’t completely  resolve until I stop running after, then bending over to pick up or put down the little one 😂

I swear by my chiropractor. He is magic.  Highly highly recommend seeing a chiropractor.
