2 month old doesn’t answer to his name or look toward when he is called.

I’m not sure why this is or if it’s normal. He failed his hearing screening at birth but at 5 weeks we were seen at an audiologist for an in depth test and he passed with perfect hearing.

He has met other milestones such as cooing and smiling (he’s very happy) and he’s laughed for me once. I’m just a little worried about the not following and not turning toward his name.
