Sleep Regression?

How long does this sleep regression last if that's what we're going through? LO, 5 months, wakes every 1-2 hours through the night sometimes not wanting to go to sleep at all and I'm just so exhausted 😭

I don't have any helpful advice for you, but just want to say that you're not alone! what I thought was 4 month sleep regression has carried on to almost 6 months, last night she finally slept 2.5 to 3 hours....that was weird....but amazing after weeks of her getting up literally  every. Hour.

Having the same issue over here. I have tried everything I can possibly think of and nothing has helped. My son has been like this since he turned 2 months. I’m lucky if I get two hours of sleep at a time. I can’t wait for him to sleep a little longer. Momma is exhausted.

Routine routine routine. Make sure baby gets most of their ounces of food during the day. Do not let babe get over stimulated during the day without napping. My son had his sleep regression during the day. But at night he was fine. I upped his ounces during the day and it helped.
