Tubal pregnancy?
I am really scared I should be 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant I went to the er and they did a blood pregnancy test my hcg levels was 710 and then they did a ultrasound and here is the ultrasound results. I’m hoping they are wrong. Have anyone had this at 4 weeks and everything was okay? They admitted me to the hospital and rechecked my hcg levels in 6 hours they was 741. They are doing a recheck in the hospital and another ultrasound.
Impression
Small amount of anechoic fluid in the endometrial canal with no evidence of
an intrauterine gestational sac.
There is a "donut" appearing 1.0 cm lesion in or adjacent to the right ovary
for which an ectopic pregnancy must be considered, particularly in light of
the positive pregnancy test and the empty uterus.
FINDINGS:
Study was technically difficult to perform due to the patient's large body
habitus.
Uterus: 10.1 cm x 7.1 cm x 5.5 cm. There is no evidence of an intrauterine
gestational sac. There is a small volume of fluid in the endometrial canal
Right ovary: 3.8 cm x 3.0 cm x 3.0 cm. There is normal Doppler flow. There
is a cyst measuring 1.9 cm x 1.2 cm x 1.5 cm. There is a thick walled
hyperechoic round lesion with central cystic area measuring 1.0 cm x 0.9 cm x
1.0 cm.
Left ovary: 3.9 cm x 3.0 cm x 2.1 cm with normal Doppler flow.
