If so, did you notice a strange white bump on the outer labia? (Think the location is right, the protective lips).. Let me explain why it would boggle my mind.. Yes I am sexually active usually by myself, this one time I reached out to someone I've been with before and we used protection the whole time. UPDATE: i got into my obgyn and it was not a cyst. It's worse.
