My son just turned 2 months on  the 28 and this started happening to his belly button ?

This exact thing happened to my first baby! I don’t want to diagnose your babe but hers was called an Umbilical Granuloma. It had to be treated with silver nitrate in the pediatricians office. Not harmful but definitely call your pediatrician to get in. Hers had to be treated a couple of times because it was stubborn.
