Endometrosis w/ pregnant

I went to the hospital cause I had pelvic pain. I'm 4weeks and 5days pregnant. The hospital stated that might was having a tubal pregnancy cause my level s was 358 and they said that's low at 4weeks. My Dr said that's why he don't like hospitals cause he said first of all my numbers doubled from a 156 to 358 and plus how can u tell someone having a tubal if u can't see a fetus that early. I was so so stressed my husband was upset and my Dr was upset smh
