hey girls… so i asked my fiancé a couple weeks ago if he’d go out with me for my mamas birthday ( she passed away 6 years ago )  he said of course he will, we’ll today’s her birthday and he decided to go fishing with his buddies instead.. 😩 i feel like i’m being selfish.. but i mean we had plans … am i being crazy?

If he remembered and went anyways, that's rude AF. If he forgot, make plans for future dates to put it into a digital calendar and send reminders to both of you.
My husband forgets important dates all the time so I make reminders on Google calendar to be sent to his email a week before, 2 days before and hours before. It's helped so much with preventing heartache and fights.

You need to speak with him and tell him he need to show you more respect, he agreed to make plans with you so he need to honour that especially considering the occasion
